01 Diagnosis

Before any procedure, we begin with a careful and thorough evaluation. Dr. Moon personally assesses the patient’s scalp condition, hair characteristics, and pattern of hair loss to determine the most appropriate treatment plan.

02 During Surgery

During surgery, precision is everything. To prevent follicle damage, we carefully consider the direction, angle, and depth of hair growth before harvesting each graft. Special attention is given to minimizing trauma to surrounding tissue, helping preserve both the donor area and overall scalp health.

03 Harvesting & Separation

Once harvested, hair follicles are extremely delicate. To protect their viability, grafts are immediately stored in a controlled, low-temperature preservation solution. Under high-magnification microscopes, experienced technicians carefully separate and prepare each follicle, ensuring optimal conditions until transplantation.

04 Transplantation

During transplantation, every graft is placed with intention. Using high-magnification loupes, we match the direction, angle, and depth of existing hair to create a result that appears natural and balanced. The goal is not simply growth — but hair that blends seamlessly and looks as though it has always been there.
